Autonomous power sources (APS) - Description

AUTONOMOUS POWER SOURCES (APS) – is a compact electric power plant consisting of thermoelectric generators (TEG) connected by a unified control system.

APS represents an enclosure box inside which thermoelectric generators are installed united by a control system.

APS is designed for operation in areas with moderate and cold climate, with 1 category of location, at temperatures -60 to + 50 С°.

APS supply is provided from the main gas pipeline with the gas pressure 1.2 to 12.5 MPa. The cabinet-type reduction plant (can be supplied as well) reduces the gas pressure within the range 150 – 3 kPa, depending on TEG applied.

Thermoelectric power sources (APS) have certificates of conformance and permit documentation for the operation in oil-and-gas industry.

THERMOINTECH Company is ready to offer APS 200 to 5000 W.

For tasks not envisaged by standard capacities and dimensions of APS, the enclosure length can be increased by 700 mm that enables to increase the power by 1 KW accordingly or to install additional equipment. Every autonomous power source is equipped with a control panel.
