The group of companies THERMOINTECH was founded in 2010 with support of JSC “RUSNANO”, for the purpose of incorporation and commercialization of the best Russian developments in the thermoelectricity sphere. Today, we are a large full-cycle production enterprise: from the thermoelectric material synthesis to the assembly of a wide range of finished systems and installations for cooling and electrical energy generation.

THERMOINTECH – an engineering company of RUSNANO successfully incorporating innovative scientific researches into high-technology production. We use latest advances in the sphere of nanotechnologies of thermoelectric material and coatings.

The company’s key advantage is its own developments: a complex of patented technology solutions enabling full automation of the production cycle of thermoelectric systems and devices. The project unites the best specialists in the thermoelectric sphere earlier participating in state projects, working in Sukhumi, Voronezh, Belgorod, Nizhny Novgorod, Zelenograd, Moscow, Kiev, and other cities, cooperating actively with specialists from Bauman MHTS, TISNUM, MISIS, MAI, etc.

Own production facilities

It is located in a traditional center of electronics – the technology city of Zelenograd, in the Technology Park “Elma”. The production is furnished with the up-to-date equipment of the whole production and technology cycle.

The production facilities of THERMOINTECH Company number more than 200 specialists. The production volume, in terms of the electric power, is 50 kW monthly.
